Ketogenic Diet Day 20

This was my first attempt to eat out since I started eating a ketogenic diet. As you can see from the macros, it didn’t go well. The restaurant didn’t have the salad I wanted, so I ordered turkey chili which sounded really good. It was. However it has been so long since I’ve eaten kidney beans, I didn’t remember how high in carbs they were.

I have a birthday party next week where lunch will be supplied. I’m going to have to work on a strategy.
