Ketogenic Diet Day 15

I have decided to allow myself more protein and calories if I’m still hungry. This has allowed me to relax and get rid of the stress of trying to be perfect.

My new favorite breakfast is 1 egg cooked with 1 oz cream cheese and 1/2 an avocado. So good and very filling.

1 tsp Vinegar, red wine 0
1 tbsp Oil, avocado 0
