Ketogenic Diet Day 8

I ran high on all my numbers today. I’m really having a hard time feeling satisfied without the dairy. However, the dairy really runs up my numbers. I’m also having a hard time limiting my protein. The dairy really adds to the total and eating meat runs it sky high.
