One week in and one pound down. A lot of learning has been done this week. I’m still working on my macros and calorie counts. I find limiting protein to be the most challenging thing for me. I have been clinging to dairy to achieve my fat count and fullness. I love dairy, but have concerns about adding in this much. I will reassess after I start to feel more full and the calories come down.
I’m looking forward to seeing what week 2 of this experiment brings.
