Ketogenic Diet Day 6

Here’s what day 6 looked like:

3 slice cooked Pork, cured, bacon, cooked, microwaved 75.8

Protein and calories were too high. I’m not feeling the promised fullness the ketogenic diet promises. I got carried away with eating cream cheese wrapped in bacon. I haven’t eaten this in years. Mmmmmmm.

I don’t have a way to test if I am in ketosis either by blood or urine. I have read that it can take at least a week to get in mild ketosis and three weeks to get in deep ketosis. I am just going to keep working on my macros and hope I get it right.
