Ketogenic Diet Day 3


Here’s what my third day on the ketogenic diet looked like:

2 serving fat bread with banana 404.6
5 tsp Oil, coconut 194
1 large Egg, whole, raw, fresh 71.5
0.25 tsp Spices, cinnamon, ground 1.6
2.8 oz Cheese, brie 265.1
4.8 oz Beef, shoulder top blade steak, boneless, separable lean only, trimmed to 0″ fat, choice, raw 194.6
70 fl oz Water, tap, drinking 0
4 tbsp Nuts, coconut milk, canned (liquid expressed from grated meat and water) 118.2
1 serving beef stirfry 264.5
2 oz Cheese, cream 193.9

Energy: 1708 calories

I was able to get my calories lower, but my protein grams were too high. I also find myself relying on a lot of dairy to achieve the desired fat grams. I had previously given up dairy due to high mucus production and inflammation.
