I have been reading a lot about the ketogenic diet on marksdailyapple.com. I decided to give it a try.
This was my sixth day following the diet. I’m finding the most challenging thing for me is keeping my protein intake down. Following this diet also made me realize how many calories I had been eating.
Here are my target macros: protein – 53g, carbs – 29.5g, fat – 118g, calories – 1600. These past few days have been all over the board in regards to calories. My main problem is the fullness associated with the ketogenic diet has not kicked in for me. I hope that happens soon.
I really hope to start losing weight again, balance my hormones and become healthier.
