So far today I have eaten primal with very little carbs. I’m going out with some friends tonight and am a bit worried about the food choices. Dinner at their house and then out to a movie.
They are ordering pizza. The place they like does make a crustless pizza which is nice but a bit small. They also have a nice salad, but I’m sure there is sugar in the dressing. I’m really stressing about this.
I’m going to have a smoothie before I go, but I’m really worried about being hungry with crappy food options. I’m also a sucker for movie theater popcorn. I certainly have room in my carb count for it if I want, but I’m worried about falling off the wagon.
