I just completed my first week of interval workouts. They are going very well. I can feel myself gaining strength. No inches lost. I’m going to give it more time. I really think this part of the puzzle to releasing my extra weight.
I’m sitting here with the green smoothie I made today. I made the mistake of adding in some romaine lettuce. I ran out of spinach and thought this would be a good idea. I love romaine but hate it in the smoothie. Oh well. I was bound to try it eventually.
