I had a great eft session today. We worked on something that happened in my childhood. I feel much lighter this afternoon after having worked on it with the help of an eft practitioner. I really feel like I am making progress toward removing the emotional issues that are keeping me fat. The practitioner is starting a multi-session eft call tomorrow (Thursday) regarding self esteem and weight issues. You can find out more information here.
I have added chia seeds to my food inventory.
This is the third day that I have included them. I have been adding them to my green smoothies. I think they are really making a difference. I feel much more full since I have been adding them. They are a super omega-3 food. They pack an amazing 4.9 grams of omega-3 per a two tablespoon serving. You can grind them or not. Either way is good. My smoothies have a lot more staying power. I hate being hungry so this is perfect for me. If you try them, let me know what you think.
I added the chia seeds because I didn’t think I was getting enough omega-3s per day. The Gabriel Method recommends 10 grams of omega-3s per day. The chia seeds are putting me on target for this goal.
