I have worked out three days in a row at the gym. Workout buddies are the best! I have been making more green smoothies and really enjoying them. I feel so much better when I include them in my eating plan.
I just signed up for an eft weight loss teleclass. It starts next week and funs for six weeks. I hope that this is the kick start I need to get the emotional obesity monkey off my back. I will let you know how it goes.
