I have been reading more and more that the body will release excess weight after you accept it just as it is. I have been doing a lot of eft/meridian tapping around self acceptance , accepting myself as I am and accepting all of me. I have been feeling a little lighter but I still have a lot more work to do.
My eating (the Gabriel Method) is going very well. Planning is everything for me. I’m naturally eating less meat and enjoying what I am eating. I think the self acceptance, feeling safe and feeling deserving are what are holding me back from losing weight.
I went for a great bike ride yesterday. I rode a total of 48 minutes. I’m going for another one today. It is absolutely beautiful outside.
