I woke up early and had some cereal with blueberries, cream, a little butter, honey and flaxseeds. I also had some wheatgrass juice. After struggling with whether or not I would go for a bike ride, I called my friend to see what she was doing. She agreed to go for a ride with me. That was just the motivation I needed to get me out of the house. I went for an hour ride and feel really good about it.
I haven’t lost any weight yet, but I really like not feeling guilty about what I choose to eat. It is very freeing.
